Argo is looking for a mid-level associate (3-6 years’ experience) to strengthen its Corporate team
Your role
As a Corporate M&A associate you will become part of our ambitious corporate team. You will be able to work for several partners and in close collaboration with other associates.
You will work on high-level M&A transactions, both in a Belgian and cross-border context, while benefiting from client exposure and a high level of autonomy.
You are ...
A Master of Law graduate with a strong academic record. An extra Master’s at a business school or an LLM is a plus.
Analytical, detail-oriented and a creative thinker.
Relevant experience in the field of corporate/M&A, gained in a reputable law firm.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Capable of conducting in-depth legal analysis and working independently.
A team player with a down-to-earth mindset and strong communication skills.
Ambitious and eager to develop within a professional environment where you can refine your skills and deliver practical, high-quality legal solutions.
