Argo is looking for a passionate mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Corporate & Capital Markets team.
We have extensive expertise in equity and debt capital markets transactions, both domestically and cross-border. Our experience spans IPOs, public issues of shares, bonds, convertible bonds, ABBs, and exchange bids. While we typically work with issuers, we also frequently assist banks and underwriters with regulatory matters and the structuring of capital markets transactions.
Profile
Master Degree in Law with an outstanding academic track record, foreign LLM degree is a plus;
Analytic mind, creative thinker and eye for detail;
Relevant experience in capital markets transactions and regulatory compliance of listed companies;
Fluent in Dutch and English;
Capable of in-depth analyses and autonomous work;
Down-to-earth mindset, team player, and excellent communication skills;
Ambitious with a desire to grow in a professional environment, refining skills to provide top-notch solutions for our clients.
